 SUMMER INTERNSHIP-CUM-HANDS ON TRAINING (6 JUNE 2016-5 JULY 2016)

 Department of Microbiology at Panjab University, Chandigarh is organizing  one month Training Programme in various aspects of Microbiology and Microbial Biotechnology from June 6, 2016 to July 5, 2016. The programme will involve 4 hours intensive hands-on-training daily in various modules covering General Microbiology & Microbial Diversity, Food and Fermentation Technology,  Medical Microbiology & Immunology, Molecular Biology and  Environmental Microbiology from Monday to Friday during the Internship days on the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS:    

TOTAL NO OF PARTICIPANTS IN THE CLASS =25

 TRAINING FEE: RS. 10000/- (RUPEES TENTHOUSAND ONLY)

 ELLIGIBILITY: Students pursuing B.Sc/ B.Tech/ BE/ M.Sc in Microbiololgy/ Biotechnology/Biochemistry/ Food Science

 DURATION OF THE TRAINING: ONE MONTH (06.06.2016-05.07.2016)

 TIMING OF THE TRAINING : 9.00 AM TO 1.00 PM ON WEEK DAYS (Monday to Friday)

 The interested candidates may apply to the chairperson. Department of Microbiology along with a recommendation letter from the Head of the Department/ Principal of the College/ Director of the Institution along with the required Fee, latest by May 30, 2016.

 THE DEPARTMENT OF MICROBIOLOGY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCOMODATION AND THE OUTSTATION CANDIDATES WILL HAVE TO MAKE THEIR OWN BOADING ANDF LODGING ARRANGEMENTS.
